I love how deep this rug is and the cut around the shoulders works really well for my slightly odd shaped boy. I'm not a big fan generally of how the necks attach to any rug, and the velcro could do with being a bit stronger, it does cope with my 5yrs old trying to take it off and there is a good length of material between the attachment points and the end of the neck is it doesn't blow up. I would definitely recommend this rug and I think the customer service is excellent
