Please note our current extended despatch times following our Christmas closure. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday 21st December are being despatched from 2nd January, 2019 in the order they were received. Orders placed after 2nd January will be despatched in order after all Christmas orders have been processed.

Delivery Charges and Speeds for Northern Island, Channel Islands & Isle Of Man



We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Please note do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 2PM on a Friday or over a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. We will always try and process orders received between 2pm & 3pm but this is not guaranteed.


You will receive an email to confirm your order and an email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

For orders that are sent on a Next Working Day courier service deliveries are made Monday to Friday between approximately 9am and 6pm.

Please note that, although we use the best UK couriers, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level.

Please be sure to fill in the 'COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER' box clearly stating instructions, especially where you want your order left if no one is in. However, be aware that if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and it is therefore delivered without a signature it is at the customer's own risk.




If your order has NOT been received within TWO WORKING DAYS please call the office as soon as possible so we can track the order and help resolve the problem.

VAT will also be deducted automatically from VAT rated products on all Channel Island orders, please select 'Channel Islands' as your country of residence.


Additional Charges & Customs:

We will not charge any more than the prices on our website and delivery charges.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be charged import duty by the customs department in your country.

Unfortunately we are unable to affect these fees, duty is payable whenever goods are imported and it is the importer that is liable for this and any other fees added by the individual customs department. Customs fees and import taxes are therefore additional to the delivery costs associated with your order.

Whilst we do everything possible to minimise these fees, we are legally bound to declare the content and value of the goods we send. If in any doubt please contact your country's customs department before you order.
