Delivery Charges and Speeds for Mainland UK

Please note that we are closed over the Easter UK National Bank Holiday period, 19th April until 22nd April, we re-open on 23rd April. Orders placed after 2PM on 18th April will be despatched on our return, in the order they were placed and as quickly as possible however there may be a delay to to orders placed after the bank holiday. Please be assured that we will endeavour to catch up as quickly as possible and we thank you for your patience at this very busy time.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery to some areas of Scotland and the Highlands will be made within 2 WORKING DAYS when dispatched on a NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE.

Delivery Charges and Speeds for Northern Island, Channel Islands & Isle Of Man

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Please note do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 2PM on a Friday or over a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. We will always try and process orders received between 2pm & 3pm but this is not guaranteed.

You will receive an email to confirm your order and an email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

For orders that are sent on a Next Working Day courier service deliveries are made Monday to Friday between approximately 9am and 6pm.

Please note that, although we use the best UK couriers, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level.

Please be sure to fill in the 'COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER' box clearly stating instructions, especially where you want your order left if no one is in. However, be aware that if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and it is therefore delivered without a signature it is at the customer's own risk.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If your order has NOT been received within TWO WORKING DAYS please call the office as soon as possible so we can track the order and help resolve the problem.

VAT will also be deducted automatically from VAT rated products on all Channel Island orders, please select 'Channel Islands' as your country of residence.

Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to orders once they have been placed.
