Important Information

 

Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to orders once they have been placed.

 

Orders are processed Monday – Friday and orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

 

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and dispatch email when your order is on its way to you, along with the tracking number for your parcel.

 

Delivery times are estimated from the time your order is dispatched from us, not from the time the order was placed.

 

We are closed on UK National Holidays so please allow additional time during these periods.

 

Please note that, although we use the best couriers, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level.
