While the pad is nice, when it arrived i discovered i ordered the wrong style x-grip pad. I prepared the pad for an exchange, for the pad i had intended to get, and found it would cost several hundred dollars to UPS it back to you. This seems exorbitant, and exceeds the price of the pad. I have never experienced this kind of difficulty with LeMieux before, and I am at a loss how to rectify this situation.

Fabulous product! I own a LOT of saddle cloths but this is definitely my new favourite. Shame you don’t do it in white!!
